Our host was very kind! She sent someone to check on us after a severe weather incident during our stay. The location was good, was walking distance to the beach, and was pet friendly. We even had a visit from a black bear! Minor issue with the guest bath sliding shower doors sticking, We replaced a non-working can opener, and repaired oven door handle. Overall, great stay in a very friendly community!

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here and it was perfect for us. Everything was clean, accessibke & a cute little neighborhood off of the main road. We didn't get to experience the pool because it was under maintenance but it was too cold to swim regardless so we did not mind. Communication was great too. All around a wonderful little property and experience for our family.

This cottage is fabulous. Very accommodating. So well kept. Everything we needed was provided, including beach towels. A short walk across the street and you are on the beach. Located close to allthe town has to offer.

The cottage was really comfy and cozy. It had a great beach vibe. It had everything we needed. The beach wagon was a treat! We loved our visit! We'll be back.The beach is across the street on the other side of a condo building and a restaurant that is being built.The beach was lovely. It was not crowded. The sand is white and the water temperature is perfect. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful property close to the beach. Cottage had everything we needed including a few beach towels- if you forget yours-an umbrella, beach cart and skim board. Pool is just a few steps down the street, however there is zero shade at pool but it was always refreshing after the beach. A convenient gas station is on the corner for snacks and drinks-which we went to daily! Food trucks close by and Port St. Joe/restaurants just 15 minutes away. Much calmer, more relaxed beach area than PC, Destin and Watercolor. St. Joe state park is definitely worth a day trip for beach, fishing and swimming. Absolutely beautiful with a few restaurants and small food shops. We loved our stay and it was plenty big for 6 of us (4 adults/2kids).

The cottage was wonderful, clean, and I was wonderfully surprised at the thoughtful touches left for our use like dishwasher and laundry pods & plenty of paper products. Things you'd never get at a condo. Cathy was a beautiful host and I'd love to come back again soon!

Great getaway!!

We really enjoyed our stay at No Wake Zone. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!! The cottage is bigger on the inside than it looks, which was a nice surprise. It was super clean and nicely decorated. And, if I'm being honest, this is the best property in the quaint little neighborhood! The pool was clean and so nice to have, in addition to being a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back in the future!!!
