This hotel did exactly what we needed it to do. We actually arrived way earlier than check-in time, and they fortunately checked and had a room available so they allowed us to check in about 2.5 hours early! The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. Had a keurig and fridge, although the fridge door wouldn’t stay closed but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. I did make sure to tell the desk at checkout so they could fix it. The bathroom contains bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so that was nice that I didn’t have to bring my own. They did only give two towels, so I ended up sneaking away a pool towel to our room, that I could use for my hair after showering. The pool and hot tub aren’t anything fancy, but after a day on the V&T train and walking around Virginia City, the hot tub was perfect. If you time it right, and go to the pool around everyone else’s dinner time you’ll be in the pool and hot tub by yourself. The bed..it was comfortable…until it wasn’t. I’m sure it was mostly due to all the activity and my body just not used to a more firm bed, but I didn’t have trouble sleeping on the mattress. The only way this hotel could’ve been better, was if there was a bar/restaurant within walking distance. It would’ve been nice to be able to have a drink and not have to worry about driving. The breakfast was…ok. They had scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes, pancake machine and a toaster for bread or bagels, three different cereals and juice.

Say more stupid say more stupid that’s what it’s

So I started off OK until we asked the manager or whoever was training the other associate if we could get our room clean and we also asked like the lead to Lady and when we return from going out to lunch and coming back later on that evening after sightseeing and games room was still dirty we called the office to the front desk and they said they will bring us towels. Let them know next time or the day in events. They proceeded and brought his health about an hour and a half to two hours later and bed sheets so me and my spouse had to make her own bed and sweep all the trash you know sweep up, clean up you know what we’re out in typical stuff and she clean the toilet Which we found mold on the tile shall I say more

The hotel staff was great, but the room was dirty and had stains throughout. The pool was cloudy and looked dirty. A sign near the hot tub indicates that the front desk, rather than a professional pool maintenance company, is responsible for both the pool and the hot tub.

Was given a room without blinds or curtains. Upon requesting for a change of room, the staff initially refused and then offered a room with one bed(I had booked a room with two beds). They also refused to repair the blinds until the next morning. The condition of the room should be inspected before assigning them, to avoid such inconvenience.

Would stay here again

Very clean but definitely some maintenance issues. Several broken floor tiles in the bathroom, for example. Front desk person lacked professionalism in her appearance and communication. We checked in at 10pm so maybe she was the B team but for $200 a night, do better. Super clean and comfortable though.
