First of all the furniture looks way too outdated. The room door is falling apart, it smells very humid, bed is uncomfortable, the shower makes a whistle noise the whole time it is on, overall doesn’t deserve the Hilton name. It was not worth the money. Only positive is friendly staff

The staff were friendly, but when I first visited, I couldn't breathe due to the dirty smell from the dusty carpet, so I closed the door immediately. Fortunately, there was a cleaner around, and when I complained, they sprayed some baking soda, but it was unpleasant all day. While waiting for my car, I tried to sit in the lobby, but the couch was covered in spots, and the pool water was murky and unpleasant. Additionally, the jacuzzi was dirty and had caution tape around it, indicating it was not in use.

The front desk man, Felix is very accommodating, helpful, polite and professional. He’s always asking if we need anything or there is anything he can do to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Excellent customer service. The staff in the breakfast dining are also very accommodating.. the wait staff even suggested that we can bring our dog in the dinning area as long as she doesn’t bark at people which she doesn’t because she behaves well with people.

The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly, kind and courteous. But the Wifi was not functioning at all. It wasn't there fault, but still was an inconvenience. Hotel very clean as well.
