Compare Ski Hotels in Rochester

Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic.

Nice place and can get to the clinic via subway. The place is very dated and could use some upgrades.

The stay was good continental breakfast was good but the staff was rude and very impersonalable. When i am traveling 8 hours from home to have surgery and see a specialist I certainly don't want to be staying at hotel where the employees are rude and disrespectful and make you feel like an inconvenience.

Rooms are a little dated

Perfect downtown location walking distance (skyway) to civic center

Hotel was clean staff bery friendly
