Great hotel, loved the room and the staf was very helpful and friendly

Great location. Short walking distance to restaurants, shopping centres and beach. Hotel Pool was the highlight. Can get busy when events are on in town. Rooms are on the smaller side however comfortable enough if you're intentions are to explore Broadbeach and surrounding areas.

Amazing location right across from the beach, great amenities, indoor and outdoor pools and spas. Modern apartment with everything you need. Would definitely book again.

Rooms really nice, service from everyone was exceptional

Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel.

It did the job that I had booked it for. Hudson at reception was good, but the time it took to checkin was quite long for a relatively short queue (3). tried to checkin online via the link they sent me but it didn't work and didn't get sent a new one so thad to do it at the hotel. the rooms are getting tired and the money being spent on the oustide would be better of on the inside.
