The service at this hotel was excellent. The person who checked me in, who helped we with some room purchases, and even the waitstaff in the restaurant on the 12th floor were all so professional and friendly! The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but I have longer thicker hair, so this may not be an issue for others. Overall a great stay with no issues, which is exactly what I need before a huge business meeting the following morning.

Lost my air bud here in the room, and it was cleaned so fast I couldn’t retrieve it last than 10 mins after check out. I appreciate the attempting staff helping me but it was not located although my phone told me it was still there. Our ice machine didn’t work and the iron was filthy in the room. Overall it was decent, but far from a 4star hotel as we didn’t have a robe or slippers during our stay.

The property was in a reasonable location. The rooms were clean. The double bed rooms standard are small if you have more than 2 people. The beds in the double standard were full size beds. I asked about a later checkout time for 1 pm because I was an IHG member and was told only if they can accommodate the request. A little disappointed and they only let me check out at 12pm. The staff was pleasant and kind. Otherwise I enjoyed staying in the hotel for what I needed. Everything was about 15-20 minutes away like the MetLife stadium, American dream mall and Times Square.
