Love this hotel very clean and spacious rooms with great views only thing I don’t like is no door for the shower and the pillows need an upgrade they were flat and uncomfortable for such an expensive stay they should have better quality pillows the ones at hoilday inn express are more comfortable other than that great hote very nice clean parking is $50 per night

I believe this hotel may have undergone some recent updating. The room we occupied was on the 5th floor and was nicely appointed and quiet. The bathroom was great: new walk in shower, excellent lighting and a magnifying mirror that was very helpful. The hotel had a rooftop terrace with comfortable furniture and several heaters which was very nice for watching the sunset. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel location was a 10 minute easy walk to the Seattle Center and the Monorail which makes getting to downtown and Pike Market very easy and connects to the Link for public transportation to other neighbor hoods.

Gorgeous historic hotel right in the centre of everything. Easy walk to shops, pike place and monorail station . Very friendly and obliging staff. Rooms perhaps a little dated but still a charming place to stay.
