The room was in perfect condition.The staff was wonderful.The reason I gave it three stars is because the bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable, extremely hard.I thought at first I was sleeping on the box spring I had to actually check.

Although we enjoyed our stay, I think $29 to park. Our own car is a bit ridiculous. Especially as I am a Hilton honors member. We also noticed quite a few bugs in the hotel.

Did not get a service for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was okay not a lot of good options especially for someone who doesn’t eat pork. The parking fee is outrageous and then no option for self parking makes it difficult. Since they don’t have a shuttle service from the hotel to the historic downtown, that is a bit of inconvenience.

The room was great and spotless, everything they provide is awesome and plentiful! Only downside is that there’s a lack of information about exact parking fees, and the staff seem a little quick to just be done with interactions, as for the room, the water pressure was nonexistent.

Breakfast ended at 9:30. A later breakfast end time would be much more leisurely for most guests seeing that most are tourists. Also the $29 mandatory valet parking seems to be a money grab in that a large parking lot is next to the hotel entrance.
