With limited housekeeping service I had to ask for clean shower towels. The one time I used the pool I had to ask for pool towels. The pool wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. Also seemed worn. Decent room with a kitchen and pretty good shiwer conditions.

It was very old and dingy. It's in a good location, close to a lot of resturants and shops and the hwy. However, when I first checked into my roon, there were crumbs everywhere and the room was very dirty. The staff were okay, they had an attitude. I would say save your money and go elsewhere! It's not worth it to spend money here at a subpar hotel.

It's a quiet clean place. Excelent breakfast menu, they varied it everyday. Large room that acomodates 5 people with a large kitchen. Cons: for those that owns or rent a car, you have to paid for the parking. Overall is a very good place to spend your vacations or business travel.

I thought the hotel staff was great! Everyone was so nice and they made checking in super easy. They also gave us a complementary upgrade to our room. It made us so happy and we were very comfortable. The hotel does not have a restaurant which is totally fine we used door dash with no problem. There are plenty of restaurants close by but we stayed only one night at the end of our trip so it was perfect for us. Thank you to the staff and especially the front desk. The only thing I would suggest is being a little more upfront with the parking fee. I specifically looked for a hotel with parking and when I asked if I needed to put something on the dashboard I was told to use a QR code to register the car. It costs 22 dollars or so. No biggie but would have been good to know.

I checked out a night early and the manager Michael communicated to me that the refund would come from Expedia as it was booked with them. Here I am talking to Expedia now and it’s been exactly a week I checked out and they told Expedia the refund would be denied as it’s been 7 days now, the problem here is the refund never made it to my credit card in file, not the amount of days now, Micheal pleas refund my 1 night as I spoke to you directly. We appreciated that there is shuttle service from airport and free breakfast. Lots of food options and it tasted good. Friendly staff. We were able to walk to Chilis for dinner so this location is convenient to be able to walk to food, restaurants, and stores
