We had a wonderful time overall, and the beach view and easy beach access were truly the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with updated dishes, which we appreciated. The bathroom towels were soft and seemed newer, which was great. However, the beach towels were quite worn, stained, and in need of replacement. We ended up purchasing our own, as the ones provided did not feel usable.In terms of cleanliness, this is where we were disappointed. The floors did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned—within minutes of arriving, my daughter’s socks were really dirty from walking around. We didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot during our stay.The beds could also use some attention. While the sheets seemed clean, the mattresses were noticeably worn, with visible stains and indentations. The pillows also appeared aged and stained, and replacing them would greatly improve comfort and overall impression.There are also a few maintenance items that, if addressed, would make a big difference. The trim could use fresh paint, and the bathroom door had a hole in it. The sink in Room 210 drained very slowly. Additionally, while the balcony chairs were nice, a small table on the deck in Room 209 would have made the space more functional.With some updates—particularly improved cleaning, fresh paint, newer flooring, and refreshed linens—this property could truly live up to its incredible location. I’m not trying to be rude—just honest and hopefully helpful.”

Wonderful location but not clean

Stayed here for 2 nights. Wonderful location and the staff was ok. Condo was not very clean and needed some repairs. Main condo door is very hard to open along with back sliding door. Upon entering condo smelt like Marijuana. Stain/dirt on comforter, coffee pot very dirty, ceiling fans and behind tvs very dusty, dirty under furniture, air conditioning units dirty, cabinets dirty, alive coach roach came running out from under coach. I read reviews before we planned our stay and read negative comments about the cleanliness and assumed they would have fixed the issue but doesnt seem to be how it works. I knew it was an older condo which is great but as long as it is clean.

Location is perfect! Beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Loved walking out from our room to the beach and watching sunsets from our balcony. The room included many beach supplies which was amazing (please add this to your listing, because we didn't know and brought our own). Kitchen could have been improved with additional silverware and a few more cooking supplies.

The location and access to the beach was very good and the pool and tiki bar were great amenities that we enjoyed during our short stay. This unit seemed a little dated and saw opportunities for some maintenance, but didn’t prevent us from having a good stay.

Quick Get Away

We had a great quick trip, we arrived late as we experienced a flight delay and no issues getting checked in and into our room. Once in the room, everything was expected! The space is great with two separate living areas and two balconies to sit and look at the water. The access to the beach was easy and efficient. Plenty of places to walk to for lunch! The umbrella service was reasonably priced as well! I would stay here again!

Beautiful location/needs some improvements

My husband and I traveled to TI over Thanksgiving to see family in the area. Knowing that it had just gotten hit pretty hard by Milton, we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of restaurants and shops that were open. The location of this property is amazing, and the beach is beautiful, but still being redone from the hurricane. Our unit itself had some issues. It is 2 units joined. In the one unit with the king size bed, the floor was either filthy or the tiles are delaminating, as you cannot walk on the floor barefoot or your feet will be black. So it either needs a good SCRUBBING, or replaced. The king size bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the mattress topper needs to be replaced. The 2 burner cook top never heated up that well (nor did the cooktop in the other unit). For instance it took me 40+ minutes to cook bacon. If you are not a family that cooks on vacation this may not be a big deal. The TV in the king size bed unit was adequate. Unfortunately in the other unit, which had a sofa and love seat, the TV was not a smart TV so you can only watch whatever limited cable it had. Which was unfortunate as that is the only comfy spot in the 2 units. One unit has a kitchen table with 4 chairs. I found the chairs to be uncomfortable, but they were adequate. The condo complex was nice, it's older, but has a nice pool and Tiki bar. Overall a great location. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Love this area of Florida.

The location was perfect. The property was nice. The unit I stayed in was very dated and some of the appliances I couldn’t get to work or work very well. The stove does not heat up well at all and I never got the toaster oven to work.

Amazing location and Views

The building and unit are definitely dated and could use some updates. Parking was very difficult with the construction and work taking place on the outside of the building. However, the two balconies on the unit, the ability to rent cabanas on the beach and the amazing views were great! The location is definitely what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. Many restaurants and things to do in close proximity.

To start the trip I believe I was definitely misled and downright lied to about the check-in time.

Using the stairs on the 2nd day I literally slipped on the second floor landing because of spilled water and ice. I am lucky I didn't break my neck. I went to the front desk guy there & he said "Oh your arm is bleeding pretty bad". He then proceeded to give me 2 small band aids & 1 small alcohol wipe. I further stated that he should get someone to clean up the landing. A half hour later the water/ice was still there. I could easilly sue the Island Inn and still am debating whether to or not. Also, on the 2nd day I went to the on site Tiki Bar & ordered some food/drinks. Left my tab open leaving my credit card with the owner who was working the counter. I returned later signed my tab took my receipt & my blue Visa card that was under my receipt. I then proceeded with my girlfriend/her daughter walking to dinner. At the restaurant when I went to pay the tab & noticed the owner of the Tiki Bar at Island Inn gave me a very similar credit card back BUT it was someone else's visa. Thank God my girlfriend had an apple pay card that the restaurant accepted. So after dinner I went back to the Tiki Bar & the owner said "I hope you didn't use that card !?!" Of course I didn't, I was returning it. So then I went to my room and low & behold this woman owner left a note on my door several text messages and several voice messages demanding where was I & why did I take someone else's credit card. I will give the worst review I can about Island Inn, the Tiki Bar, I-Trips & Vrbo.
