Perfect stay!

We had a perfect stay at this beachfront condo! The pool was great, the beach was just steps away, and the location couldn’t have been better. With 2 kids and 3 adults, the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. Activities were just 2 miles down the road, and restaurants were only minutes away. The town was peaceful, family-friendly, and full of charm. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall good. Great location, room could use a little updating

Master bed squeaks terrible and the mattress has seen better days. I wish a mop and a large mixing bowl would have been available but we made due. We used the grill once, grates were clean but the grease trap needed to be cleaned. It smoked quite a bit. Location was fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants and grocery stores. It was a bit of a trek to get to the water but not a big deal. I would stay again, maybe just not that condo.

Very disapointed about the Condo and Property

The stay at the Surf Beach Resort was a disaster for me and my spouse. The description of the place was deceptive. Upon entering Condo 205 my wife noticed a strange odor that we could not Identify. I noticed that on the AC/Furnace filter, there was a black substance that looked like mold. The management denied this and did nothing. We would not stay in a place that jeopardized our health. Furthermore, the description of the condo and building does not tell guests the complete story of the premises. JUst beware before you book this place..

Nice condo and location!

Friendly people at desk. The condo is slightly outdated in furniture but super clean and well stocked in kitchen and bedrooms. The beach is actually about 500 steps from the condo, this is true of all properties at treasure island. It was not crowded at all at the beach.

Condo small

The condo is actually quite small and feels cramped for a family of four. Bedrooms offer no place to put luggage except on floor. Bedrooms are very small and beds are small. Only one parking spot so if families don't arrive together - prepare to park in public lot next door at $2.00 per hour. Also be aware if you are on vacation with adults only, all the things that make vacation enjoyable are against the rules here. This is more for a young family maybe.

Awesome condo

Condo was very clean and spacious. Management is right on site and available if you have any issues or questions. Condo had beach towels and chairs for us to use and the kitchen was great for storing and prepping meals. Assigned parking was perfect. Loved it and will definitely be back

Easy communication and rental process. Good value. Clean and quiet property. Had everything we needed. Great restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, shopping, and a Walgreens all within walking distance. Beach was pristine. Perfect view. Long walk but worth it. Nice private pool, hot tub, and grill area. Showers to clean off. Great balcony. Beautiful sunsets. Friendly and accommodating staff. We will be back.

This property was overall well managed and clean. They had a crib and high chair available for us to use for my daughter. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had no issues at all. The location is great, with restaurants, attractions, and grocery stores within walking distance.

enjoyed the beach

Needs a bit of updating, especially the beds. Shower curtains could be those rounded rods, just for comfort while showering. Great kitchen. Could have beach chairs and umbrella for use instead of having to rent each day. Horrible location with regard to the pool. The balcony sits right above the pool area, so no peaceful time on balcony.

The location was great but there were a few amenities missing. The pad on the bed and the fitted sheet didn't fit properly. We stayed for 6 nights. It would have been nice to have clean towels every few days. There was a coffee maker but no coffee filters. The pipes were very noisy. We could hear every time someone in other condos flushed their toilets. That was annoying during the night. The staff was very friendly and nice. We didn't arrive until after 5:30. They contacted us and had everything we needed ready for us. Other than the bathroom pipes it was very quiet.
