We stayed here 12 days (Aug 1-12, 2025). The check-in process is annoying. You have to stop by another condo to get keys (that don’t even open/fit in the lock to the unit) and paperwork. You have a 6-digit code to get into the condo, which is fine. But it’s different from the elevator code which is also different from the pool code and beach access/exit code. Annoying when your hands are full of beach gear, etc. Kind of a joke to make people remember all of the various codes — I just feel like so much needs to change to make a stay at the Hamilton House condos more enjoyable. The mattresses are so bouncy and uncomfy. :( I changed a pillow case and found what appeared to be a huge spot of blo
