Room was very clean. Pool was right outside and inviting. Beach only 5 minute walk away. Bed was too hard and pillows were like pancakes. Not comfortable. Didn’t care for the fact you had to pay additional for parking in the motel lot.

LOTS OF NOISE from front office and customers hollering.lots of pot smoke ALL over. Misrepresentation is big here. No beach front. No beach view. Parking off site. Would not stay again

Shout out to Anthony for awesome customer service!! The rooms have been renovated after the storm. New AC units that work really well! Nice pool. Bungalows with kitchenettes. Beach is across the street with two entry points. People, keep in mind these businesses were devastated due to Hurricanes!! Everyone is just starting to come back. Be kind, Have patience and give to the community. These people and businesses took a huge loss!!

Staff (Anthony) was very accommodating. We arrived early and was kind enough to get our room ready so we wouldn’t have to wait too long. Place was spacious, pool area clean and tidy. The only thing some of the towels had stains and the bed sheets were too big for the mattress and kept falling off. Great location with beach across the street and shops in walking distance

Upon checking in, the gentleman worker was confrontational with us, didn’t want to accept cash for parking because he thought the owner would think he was ripping him off. The door to our room, no matter what is written back DID NOT lock! We deadbolted it and then someone from outside walked right in. There was NEVER a key needed to get into our room. The couch was horrendously stained. There was a musty smell and the “parking around the back” was questionable at best. Beware of this place there is no refunds given! You book pay and that’s it. Read the reviews and believe the bad ones. They want your money and that’s it! They do not care about their place or your safety. Find somewhere else. If you want a video of us walking through a deadbolted door just ask .

Nasty place to stay

Upon check in the clerk was nice, then someone was banging on the office door with not much clothing on. The clerk said that person isn’t even staying at the hotel. Person banging in door was hanging around all night loud and other lots other people who appeared to not be guest. They was in and out all hours very loudly. Shower curtain had around 2 inches of mold on the bottom. The toilet was super wobbly when sat on our TV didn’t work we informed. The clerk that our TV didn’t work, he went and did something then come back and it was working when I went to check out. I let them know of the conditions and they said oh well we’ll look into it didn’t offer a discount didn’t offer anything I paid $189 For this room and this room was definitely not worth that

Check in guy was obviously stressed. Maybe it was a bad day for him. Or maybe that's just who he is. Either way, not the vibe you want to feel upon checking in while on vacation. Quirky place and area of Madeira Beach overall. We will find a different place though if ever back in the area.
