The hotel failed to mention at booking that the parking garage was closed due to a parade. The floor we were put on housed a marching band that had an early wake up and included us in revelry The toilet in our room was broken and off its mount. When we flushed the first time it flooded our room.

The thermostat was very wonky and twice my room was freezing - 61 and 63. The window unit is tied in with the thermostat, but they are not very compatible. My room wasn't cleaned on my 2nd evening - trash not picked up, bed not made and coffee not replenished.

The location is what drives me to the hotel. It is by far the best location when in Tallahassee. The lobby is beautiful. It’s nice to have a parking garage, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance. There was many chips and stains and broken things in the room and the breakfast was mediocre at best.
