The check in process for this hotel was terrible. We waited for over an hour and were given a room that was not yet made up. We then had to wait another 30 minutes in line to get a new room.

Not wroth the money had to pay for almost everything the parking the breakfast the dinner that they claim is free there is no microwave in room, outdated tv only cable, and nobody answers in the front when you call from the room.

Disappointment in Capitol city

We pre checked and chose a room, they changed it on arrival. Original room was no longer available. The front desk told me there was no manager available because they went home early. He was the only one available to help me with multiple check in problems. There was no coffee in the am except at the hotel Resturant, and of course there was a charge of $2 for each one. The only pleasant experience was upon arrival the valet was extremely helpful in helping us unload and figure out parking for the one night we would be there.
