The air condition was leaking in the room and we asked a room service for the room to be clean. We didn’t get the service we had to go to the front desk. For towels.

Staff not able to assist properly. They changed our rooms multiple times. Could not issue our keys due to a system problem. Staff seem overworked and not compensated properly working extra overtime’s they seemed tired and ver unhappy which permeates to the customer. Not a good location people outside the hotel are constantly begging for money.

Hotel is dated. Bathrooms are moldy. Couches are dirty and smell musty. Our ac leaked all over the living room area while we were out. We told the front desk and they told us "noone is here on site to help you so come and get towels and put them on your floor". The whole room had a wet and musty smell by morning. I wouldn't have stayed there for $20 a night let alone for the ridiculous amount we paid.
