Not a pleasant trip to the west coast of FL from the east coast of FL. Reason for trip was to Moffitt Cancer center. Arrival was 5pm out by 5:30am. Need to clean up/replace refrig in room 203, many rust marks all over door. Unpleasant to look at.

Disgusting. Nothing like the pics.

This hotel is an absolute dump. Full of full time loving people. Dirty. My floor in 201 felt like it was caving in. Has a kitchen but no utensils. No cups. No coffee maker, no tissues. Our room had a dirty rag under the sink. Dirty outside. Trash everywhere. Looks nothing like the pics. Mattress was PAPER thin. Guest service wouldn't even print something I needed. Stay away. Desk closes at 10 and no staff onsite overnight.

They advertise breakfast but there is no breakfast. Supposed to be non smoking but I could smell cigarettes in hallway. They don't answer the extension they give if I needed anything. Noisy and tje bathroom sink doesn't drain properly.

Worst extended stay ever. I stay at a lot of hotels. First extended stay ever to not equip kitchen. They insisted on selling you what you need. And wants to charge for clean towels. Ended my stay early and cancelled the rest of my nights

Never again.

Worst experience ever. Our flight was delayed and due to this the hotel canceled my reservation. Luckily there was a hotel nearby and we were able to booked a room.

Took us 15 minutes to get through the door to open the room. The key wasn't working and the lock was stuck. The room was so dusty and dirty and smelled like weed and cigarette smoke, it was so stinky and unbearable. We checked in late and didn't have another option to stay at another hotel because everything was booked. The staff was friendly but the rooms are outdated and noisy you can hear banging and screaming from other rooms and no one was at the hotel to call staff leaves. I will never stay there again!
