Clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Room was cleaned after first night. Liked the smart tv. Staff friendly. Only negatives…coffee maker in 307 lacked piece for coffee packets so could not make coffee in room. Water went off first morning so could not shower.

The television was broken - not all of the lights worked. I asked for another room but I was told there was not one. Had to leave in an Uber for another hotel. I was assured that the booking would be refunded - Did I get the $$ I pd refunded!!!!! Have used Hotels.com in the past - am dealing with the Hotel Brand directly - I want my $$ refunded!!!!

Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight. Only complaint was the mattress had seen better days - clean but not very comfortable. Staff got us into a room early and were very pleasant. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety of options. The hotel is within walking distance of a walking path where we saw dolphins and all sorts of beautiful birds.
