We chose this hotel bevause we are Hilton Rewards members, we typically love Hampton Inn and ee needed to be close to the airport for a 4:30 am leave time. While we didnt use the ahuttle, we appreciate that it's available. This property is one of the worst that we have stayed at. I didn't realize how terrible the parking is, as ee psrked between the lines and so did everyone else, although there is no way to really get out of the car, or into it wothout hotting the car next to you. It's tight and uncalled for. Bad planning there. We went in and were checked in by friendly staff, although disgusted to get to a room with an excessive amount of hair caked across the bottom outside of the shower. There was hair in the "clean" bed and also something questionable on one of the "clean" towels displayed on the shelf. The room was nice but nothing felt clean about it. I mentioned this to the desk, although also with getting in for a pre sunrise flight, we just wanted to go to bed and desl with that. We didn't get what we paid for here. You teuly need to coach your housekeeping supervisor/manager.
