Needs HELP!!!

Hotel needs renovation. Room smells bad. Furniture uncomfortable. Paid over $250 a night. Not worth it. Did have a good breakfast.

Our stay was just one night for my daughter's "Match Day" event at Nova South University. Everything was very comfortable and convenient, the breakfast was perfect, and the front desk person made the check-in process extremely quick, easy, and very friendly. Good location for what we needed. Room needs some maintenance. Tub water was very hard to turn off, refrigerator noisy, and ac air handler very loud. Other than that nice stay. Breakfast was good.

There was only 1 basket in our whole suite. You need about 3 more. Ray and Deborah were very helpful in the breakfast area. Tamia was super in getting my room for me she was sincerely caring about finding out about the affiliation with Norman Parathyroid clinic. I had to have surgery in the morning and Dr Patrick said these hotels are affiliated with the hospital. I guess it’s just the Homewood Suites on Webb Road in Tampa. I thought I would get a reduced rate and Tamia took the time to look into it for me. Which was very nice and even asked how I was doing the next day. She is a wonderful person and an asset to your hotel.
