One of the lady’s at the front desk was really nice but the first floor had a very strong odor of Mariguana the entire time we stayed witch was 3 days and when we brought it up to another front desk lady got mad and very defensive I wouldn’t stay there again specially if you have kids with you

Nice stay

Overall stay was good. I do wish breakfast was until 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends. Last night we were there the keycards for the entire hotel stopped working. Waited over 1/2 hour to get into our room. They did their best but it wasn't fun waiting until after 10 to get in.

The description said FREE cruise terminal service but they charged $25 Blamed it on Expedia... Glad I had food with me from the airport as it was not safe to walk anywhere. The whole place smelled of pot. Staff was excellent. Room was okay for the price and a quick sleep before the cruise.shuttle service was good, just not free . Bad area, pulled up. Was greeted with boom rap music from 2 cars. Minutes later, unload the luggage and 2 cops pulled up and raid one of the room. Not very safe if you have children. Area had alot of homeless walking around.

It appeared that the hotel is used as a Group Home or a Recovery Home. The ownership needs to figure out how they want to operate the property. It should be a hotel or a Group Home.

No place to go...

The desk clerk told me that the neighborhood was not a safe place to walk in the evening. She's suggested that I stayed on the property to be safe. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was ONLY carbs (waffles, bagels, cold cereal, etc.) For the price it was a good place. No accessibility to anything. No stores, no parks, no nothing.

The stay was good. Hotel located right by freeway. Area around hotel is not the greatest. Cedric at the front desk was awesome. Staff was very helpful

Upon my check in the front desk staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The cleaning staff were also very nice and friendly! The proximity to downtown and The Hard Rock Café was a huge plus!

The hotel was relatively quiet and facilities were clean. Breakfast every morning was great and included waffles, boiled eggs, bagels, muffins and more. Our main concern was the surrounding area around the hotel. However, the hotel had a security person patrolling the parking lot etc. it was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit

Hotel was recently renovated but there were no convenient electrical outlets for the coffee maker. Also the only device charging outlet nest to the bed was in the light fixture was was above one head. Not very Convenient
