The property reeked of marijuana and had a lot of people with transient housing situations at and around the property. The property itself was fine, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was good. Overall, I would stay there again. It's certainly worth the money spent, I do wish they would do something about the people clearly smoking marijuana inside the building.

Recently renovated rooms were clean but seem to be done quickly & cheaply, area not the best & breakfast disappointing. Worst of all was mattresses comfort was very poor and noise.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Surrounding area is unsafe. Homeless everywhere including the hotel parking lot. Riding around on bikes with baseball bats. Room smelled like smoke. Had to go out and buy air fresheners and Lysol spray. Chair in room has dried blood all over it. Roaches in room. Smoke detector wouldn’t stop chirping. Had to reset it every few hours. Informed staff, no one did a thing. Also went and bought my own sheets. The ones on the bed were questionable. I contemplated sleeping in my truck, but I was afraid of getting murdered in my sleep. Would give this hotel negative stars if I could. Hotel manager, Tiki, was supposed to reach out but never did. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Learned a lesson, read reviews before you book.

Quick, clean, efficient

The staff at check-in were very helpful and answered any questions I had. The check-in process was very quick, and I arrived in my room in no time. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was well-made and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and well prepared. Slept well -- did not hear a sound outside my room. Breakfast was well stocked in the morning. Check out process was just as easy as check-in-- took no time at all. A wonderful stay; I look forward to staying there again.

Staff were decently friendly. Breakfast was hot and acceptable. Room was basic but clean. Smelled like cigarettes and cleaning products to try to cover up the cigarette odour. A number of people seemed to be living there so it gave a shelter feel. In a sketchy neighborhood right off the highway. Lots of homeless near the drive entrance. We didn’t feel safe. We paid 280 USD and had I known what we were getting we would have canceled.

Here's an improved version of your message: --- We arrived around 11 pm, and the hotel was quiet. Upon entering our room, we noticed a slight cigarette smell. Overall, the hotel is average. We stayed just one night before our cruise departure. It appears the hotel rents rooms to the general public, as we saw people having breakfast before heading to work or taking their kids to school.

Hotel property is located off highways and feels a little deserted. there is a small neighborhood nearby, but mostly it is surrounded by highways and abandoned properties. No stores or restaurants easily accessible by foot. A little difficult even to drive in the immediate area. The hotel itself is nice, with a little pool area. Inside the hotel everything is modern and clean. Bathroom had no fan. No microwave in room, but a fridge and a safe.

the hotel itself is well kept and the pool area is very nice. beyond the hotel parking lot are old neighborhoods, highways, and abandoned areas that look almost apocalyptic. it didnt feel unsafe, but there were no restaurants or stores to walk to. it was tricky driving around that area.

Dirty.

This is the second time in 4 months we have stayed here. The first time we checked in the room was dirty and not cleaned properly. Night stands had crumbs on them and hair. This time it wasn’t cleaned properly either, Bathroom was filthy. Brown stains on facet and door as well as door handles were sticky. This will be the last time staying here.

The room itself was decent. I could tell it was cleaned very fast. Items left in the refrigerator, surfaces weren’t cleaned off. The bathroom was nice with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The hotel was dirty. Walls had stains from spills on them. Dust/dirt piled up all around the edges of walls. Breakfast was all cold except a waffle. The area was very sketchy. No stores or restaurants near by without getting an uber. I also am certain people are living in this hotel. A lady was bothering us everytime we seen her in the lobby. Front desk was telling her to leave us alone. I sensed she was a frequent flyer there. Positive note. Everyone at the front desk was extremely nice and professional!
