Honestly loved everything about the place , second time ive stayed there and definitely not the last

i like that the property was clean and the staff were friendly, the restaurant is fantastic, the problem that we had was with the pick-up from the airport shuttle , it took almost an hour to pick us up and the pick up from the cruise port , after an hour of waiting we took a taxi , one of my reasons for booking this hotel was that they had shuttles so a bit disappointed in that area

Conveniently located to Disney World, close to airport and great amenities available

Great location for getting around on first visit to NO, very friendly staff. Beds and pillows quite hard. Be prepared to run into people begging every time you walk out the hotel door

Hotel reception were friendly upon arrival for an 8 night stay. We are a family of 4 with two kids (11 and 6), and arrived on a late night flight (1am). The room we were assigned to was on the 5th floor, but the elevator was not working. Upon entry into the room (1 king bed and pull out sofa bed), the sofa bed was not made. We called reception, but the phone rang out. So we went back in our car to reception. We were assigned another room where we were told the room would be ready for us. Upon entry to the 2nd room, the air conditioning did not work, and again the sofa bed was not made. Called reception again but rang out. So back to reception we go. Assigned another room. Security, very friendly. They notify us that it's normal for sofa bed not to be made unless specifically requested. For me, it's a no brainer, 4 people requires two beds. Lesson is specifiy request for sofa bed to be made. Security attempted to make the bed for us, (we fixed it though). There was no courtesy follow up from front desk the next morning after the room mishaps. We did not complain nor ask for any compensation, but thought there would be a courteous gesture provided from front desk. Rest of the stay was as expected. It is a time share hotel- they will try and sell you via an incentive of between $75- $100for a 90min presentation/ tour of hotel (we didn't take it, so don't know how hard the sell is in the presentation).

Currently undergoing renovations. They cut the water between 10am and 4pm. Luckily we were not there during that time.
