Breakfast pathetic, parking good

about 9pm hotel lost power. waiting about 2 hrs in darkness before we went to sleep without shower , ac and etc... under circumstances I am asking for 50% refund for rooms 135 and 136 please advise also Airport shuttle could run every 30 not 60 min

Very cool space and local

Although small, the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a little inconvenient but not terrible. I would have rather have not had to pay, but $15.00 for overnight parking is not too bad either. The entire facility still has a really cool 1920's feel to it. I wonder if anyone has had any "paranormal" experiences? The cool little restaurant and bar in the lobby is pretty awesome. It is also within a very short walk to a few other bars and restaurants. We will definitely be stating there again!

Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms.
