Good location near subway line. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff was so nice and accommodating. They made a special effort to help transport my luggage to Kyoto. They were so kind and helpful! Good view of the city from my room. Bathroom was nice and beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff was very helpful. We found the toiletry table helpful. It was easy to get into and out of the hotel and also easy to get to the nearby train stations. Our room and the hallways and the elevator and the lobby were all nice and clean which we always very much appreciate. If anything, an improvement could be made on the condition of the bed mattress and pillows... we've had better and softer & likewise a better sleep.
