Shinjuku but quieter

Nice hotel, good bathroom facilities with a deep bath, perfect as some who is 6’2”, I was able to soak up to my neck comfortably. Room size was on the snug size with two full size suitcases and carryon taking up a fair amount of the floor space, but not unusual for the location. The beds were a bit on the firmer side, a little too firm to allow for solid sleep, but that might work for others. Amenities included were the usual affair, and with a good sized 7/11 and FamilyMart on either end of the block, supplies were easily accessible. Far enough out of the main hustle of Shinjuku, but close enough that walking to the station is a 7-10min stroll. Hotel was doing renovations on some floors when we stayed, however the noise levels were unnoticeable, and the construction crews polite.

The room was very small even considering that most hotel rooms in Japan are small by western standards. Not having even a basic breakfast dining facility was also inconvenient. The staff were nice and helpful.

Despite the small room that we didn’t anticipate being a little tough to navigate with four suitcases, this was a very nice and convenient room. Quiet too in one of the busiest areas of the city. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for two weeks. Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the heart of Shinjuku nightlife. About an 8 minute walk from Shinjuku station which takes you everywhere you could want to go in Tokyo and beyond. Staff were fantastic with excellent English. Very friendly and helpful, and willing to hold onto our luggage after checkout until our flight. The room was clean and cosy, with a deep bath and wide shower head. Toilet has a bidet, tap water is cold and drinkable. They provide towels, toiletries, drinking water, a kettle, a fridge, and AC all for free. The TV was also big and easy to use. I personally enjoyed the bed quite a lot but my Fiancé had some difficulties with the Japanese-style pillow of having a soft top and a beanbag-style bottom. Luckily the hotel is a 2 minute walk from Don Quijote, which sells just about everything you can imagine to make your stay comfy. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, a batting cage, and bars just down the road. Really a perfect location. Overall, a fantastic and cheap option for anyone wanting to stay in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo’s nightlife capital. No complaints here. Much love from the UK.

It is very close and convenient to lots of things: trains, convenience stores, the craziness of Shinjuku but it's just enough steps away from it to feel quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Really a 4.5 because of the neighborhood and it's a few minutes to walk to the various train stations, but you get good options for stations to use within a few minutes walking. It's overall pretty quiet. The room staff are really brilliant, the room size is solid for Japan standards, the bed is pretty comfy, it's surprisingly quiet considering the neighborhood nearby, the shower is good and the bathtub is really good. Bathtubs are rare, and the shower is not as good as other places we stayed in Japan, but it's good. The neighborhood is a little interesting especially for Japan, but the hotel is really a find. PS: Try the tea! Wow!

We stayed here for 13 nights. The staff spoke English and when I asked if we could do a late check out the staff immediately said yes and gave us the cost (which matched the website FAQ) which we paid on departure. There are plenty of konbinis around and if you like Korean food this is the area for you.
