A little disappointed

Having stayed 5 times in this hotel. This recent stay was a disappointment.Club lounge staff for cocktail was not friendly. We went 8 minutes before closing and were told it’s closed . The staff takes more than 10 mins to find our suitcases in the storage caused us to miss out airport transfer.

This Hôtel was one of the nicest I e ever stayed at. I’ve been to many Ritz hotels and this Hôtel supersedes that and it’s less costly. Tokyo is amazing!!

Unmatched location service

Keio Plaza Hotel in Tokyo is an example of a perfect hotel. It consist of two tall towers ( 47 stories). The view of Tokyo on top floors is breathtaking. If you book their premier category you have access to an extensive breakfast buffet and a massive lounge with best appetizers and drinks on certain hours.our room was spacious and comfortable with a perfect bathroom and view. Location is perfect and hotel employees always greet and take care of you as you enter the premises The level of service that we experienced was unmatched to any other hotel that we have ever been

Highly recommend this wonderful property on the quiet side of Shinjuku Station. A nice buffet breakfast was included in our stay, and we had a view of the Government Building next door which was lit up at night. Room was comfortable and clean. We were on one of the executive levels, which gave us access to an excellent club area. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at, particularly the premier grand suites with so much included. Everything felt so luxurious and comfortable and the food in all of the restaurants is excellent. I will note that there was no where in the room to hang your towels, which was odd, so we to get fresh ones everyday. And the laundry is not great at all. The machines don’t work well and the dryers are absolutely hopeless.

This was the 2nd time staying at Keio and it won’t be the last. Incredible service by all staff. Room was always clean. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient and comfortable. It’s walkable to everything in Shinjuku including various train stops around and the main Shinjuku station. We stayed for 8 days, all perfect at Keio.
