The KEIO Plaza Premier Grand was worth the every penny. The property and hotel rooms were immaculate. The staff at guest relations and the premier lounge were attentive and very helpful. I sprained my ankle leaving a restaurant and they made sure I was able to see a doctor and provided whatever support I needed. I plan to return to this property to complete my vacay that was halted due to my injury. I would personally recommend this property as prime location in Tokyo.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our 2 week trip to Japan. The customer service here is unmatched. They are on their A game at all times and super nice and helpful. We stayed in a renovated premier grand suite and our room was very nice and we had access to the club lounge which was perfect. I would 100% stay here again. I hope the hotel we are heading to in Osaka is just as good. They definitely have big shoes to fill!

This hotel is super handy location; close to shops, cafes, restaurants and about 15mins or so walk to Shinjuku Station. The staff were super helpful and friendly to help. For Premier Grand room, it was a really good spacious and lovely amenities available. Awesome view of Shinjuku both lounge and room. The gym and laundry (make sure to have lots of 100¥!) facilities were great and handy to be in the hotel as well.

A Great Hotel in Shinjuku

The Keio Grand Hotel is conveniently located in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo. It is also close to the Shinjuku train station. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel in the business district side of Shinjuku. You can use a covered walkway to access the station and the shopping area side of the town. Easy reach for Tokyo station 25m by metro, shibuya 15m by metro and about 1:10m by taxi from NRG airport. Good facilities we stayed in grand premier which gave a breakfast, afternoon tea and evening service. Floor 45 also had a sky lounge.
