This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a lot of options for breakfast and it was very close to shops, bus stops and train stations. I booked a quad room so me and my 2 friends had extra room. Beds were nice, pillows were a bit hard tho.

This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station.

Excellent rooms and amenities, wonderful staff, and perfect location close to two train stations.

Nice breakfast menu with healthy choices. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very quite and serene place to rest and recover a bit from jet lag

The hotel was little further than i expected from main station especially wheelchair accessible or stroller lifts. The rooms were very tight and dated which was a contrast to all other areas in hotel.
