Best hotel in town that serves a free breakfast. We were able to walk to town and the Tonopah Brewing Co restaurant across the street is top notch!

For a small town facility, very nice indeed. My only ding is I think someone had smoked in the room; I could still smell it. On the super positive side, the front desk lady was awesome. Even better was the lady in charge of the breakfast room ... super polite and the eating area was spotless. The food was also very good, and a very good selection. A couple of things to report: the refrigerator in our room was making noise as if the condenser is defective. Also the TV would lose picture when switching between stations quickly; power OFF and back ON restored the picture. So all in all, a very good experience at this facility minus the few things mentioned.

Staff was awful - booked and paid through Expedia, staff member at check-in (Jackson) told me Expedia screwed up and when I showed my Expedia receipt and confirmation of payment, he told me “I don’t work for Expedia.” Took 20 minutes without any information to me and at the end, made me pay the hotel directly and told me I’d need to figure it out with Expedia. It was 11:30pm and snowing outside so I had no choice but to pay the hotel directly after already paying Expedia. If I were Expedia, I would not work with this hotel.

We stay here every time we go to Reno which is 4/5 times a year. It’s clean and the beds are comfy and just an all around great place. The brewery across the street has great food as well.

#1 Best Western I’ve been to hands down, the property was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel, the options were great and they had all the extras. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

While the hotel looks nice and clean it’s built like a Cracker Jack box. I could hear both neighbors tvs loudly at midnight, the noise of cars and people talking outside at 2am, and the person above every footstep and creaking floor at 5am.

Not Coming Back

It’s an older hotel and was “mostly” clean (had to clean hair left in the bathroom). You can hear people coming down the stairs and walking on the 2nd floor which is problematic if you have a dog with you. Asked to move to the 2nd floor away from the stairs and was told I would get a call back. Had to send my husband to the front desk after not hearing back. Finally switched rooms.
