Dirty room, paint peeling off the walls. Broken glass from the fire extinguisher box without a fire extinguisher in the entrance of hotel which is a safety hazard. Halls smelled like cigarettes. Ice machine but no ice bucket in the room or any cups

The dirtiest hotel I have seen in my lifetime They had me singing for non smoking and they gave me a room that that smelled so bad, they don’t check the condition of the room before they give the keys to the customer, I got back to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, they gave the keys to a new room that wasn’t cleaned, the house keeping person did not touch the room, I took pictures of that room and I got back to the front desk and showed them the pictures. They apologized to me and gave me the keys to another room, I told them to check the room before they give me the keys because I’m tired of going up and down. They went upstairs and checked and told me that they are going to give me a better room, an upgrade and they said based on their knowledge that room was fine for them. I went upstairs to check the room and I saw the room was dirty, toilet was dirty, the light switch was dirty and the sofa was dirty with black

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean fully stocked with everything you need. The outside of the place needs to be cleaned up, it was some what run down. But over all it was nice and I would stay again if I had too.

We arrived at 11:30 pm. We were not checked in till after midnight. After a long day I just wanted to get to room. I asked for extra pillows was told they don’t have any. What hotel does not have extra pillows. Whole hotel smelled of spices that were unpleasant. When we got off elevator carpets was gross with confetti and popped balloons on floor. All you could hear was highway noise. Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in this property by IHG.

Great stay. Could use some repairs in the room. Bathroom had broken tile and countertop was what appeared to be dropping down. My room wasn’t very quiet with the highway noise but overall a great stay would stay again.
