Booked a non-smoking room at the hotel and after the booking went through it was immediately changed to a smoking room. I caught it and called the hotel and was told that was all they had and there was nothing they could do. After me suggesting they switch me to their sister hotel down the street they did. When we arrived to check in I asked them specifically to ensure we were not in a smoking room. Just for asthma sake. The hotel proceeded to put us in a room right next to the casino floor where all the smoke was coming from. I asked the desk to change and was told no. No issues with smokers just my asthma acts up at times. Was never rude and neither was their staff but they could try and accommodate better.
