Reserved and paid for non smoking room but when checked in, told they did not have any more non smoking rooms. Offered a king bed room but we had three people in it party.

Everything was fine, however the customer service at the cafe was quite slow. They really didn’t check on us. The room was fine too. My only problem with it was even though it was smoke free room, it still smelled of cigarettes and caused me to have an allergy attack and asthma issues. But I understand the casino is a smoking casino so I felt with it and we only stayed 1 night.

Let’s place keeps getting worse and we found a big hole up above the toilet in the bathroom with mold growing around it the next morning after we stayed there as we got in so late didn’t see it when we checked in one ring were checking out I let them know about it And they want me to call supervisor. I wanted to talk to a manager, but I am still in the process this is ridiculous. The place is dirty filthy in the hallways and we paid 150 bucks a night for this. I have a picture down below to add

The customer is not welcomed.

Went to front desk and asked why we didn’t get Wi-Fi. The person said it must be because the room is too far away. 127#. I asked if some one could help, he said “don’t know what to tell you.” Then the next morning I stepped into the shower and they must of used straight soap because I fell and got hurt. The shower curtain came down with me. I told the maid about it and she said “all right.” Not are you ok and no concern for me. I felt that the customer service was very poor. Will never stay again. I bring my son every year for his birthday, no more to your hotels.

My god, this place is the casino/hotel that time forgot! I wasn’t really expecting much to begin with from the reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed in keeping my expectations low. The front desk clerk was the biggest disappointment checking us in, and that’s to include giving us a room where the toilet hadn’t even been flushed by the last guest/staff didn’t clean the bathroom. I dont know who left the toilet like that, but whoever it was they were severly dehydrated like neon yellow piss. We tell her about it - she offers to put us in another room. Not a huge deal, but my s/o is injured and extra walking with the injury is not ideal. So my s/o asked if a room upgrade would be possible for the hassle. I would never expect that, but a sincere, I am so sorry about that, and let me do x, y or z to make up for it would have sufficed - but no, we got, ummmm i cant do an upgrade, cuz that room costs 100 dollars, Do you want to talk to my manager? They’re not here. They’re at a different hotel right now. I think you have a bad attitude and are being rude (my s/o was upset; we just traveled all the way across the country, hadn’t slept in over 24 hours and was not happy with no a/c on in the room and urine in the toilet that we just paid 130 dollars for one night to stay in. I realize 100 dollars isn’t anywhere near what it used to be, but come on. Customer service should still EXIST - I would love the opportunity to speak to an actual manager of this hotel sometime in the near future.
