Will not stay here again

The hotel is old with only one working elevator in the very back of the building. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

I got there at 4:30 and I had to wait until 530 to get my room and the first room. They gave me. They said they went to go check on it. They gave me a room that there was already people inside there and it took him another about 40 minutes to finally get me a room.

This is an older property, but they have done a lot to keep it up. They were on the ground floor of our carpets were kind of rough. But I have noticed they have been remodeling the upper floor rooms and they look very nice.

We stayed in a Tower room on 5th floor. The whole hallway smelled like cigarettes, there were stains on the carpet, the vending machines didn’t work, and the elevators were out of order. The beds were not comfortable at all, and they didn’t have good comforters. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it but last night’s trip was a disappointment.

Where do I start? We check in and they tell us what elevators to go to. Brown out of service. Signs to get to the other ones, those were broken. After the 5th elevator, it finally worked. Only 2 of the 8 lights in the elevator worked. The hang real was broken off. The carpet is duct taped. We got to the room that night and go to bed, no hot water, the for was sapping wet. The carpet. Half the lights didn't work. The ice machine on that for after walking a mile to get to our room was also broken. We asked to switch but that put us in a room that looked like it had crime scene red tape on the door. Still no hot water. Needs were like tacos where you went to the middle of the bed. The pillows were like pancakes. We have stayed here another time and it was not nearly this bad. We asked for ab updated room and those are for elete customer. Apparently that's not us this app won't let me upload the crime scene tape picture of else I would

The elevator, hallways and room flooring and carpet was filthy. The rooms have no fans, no lamps, no coffee makers. Awful toiletries Not worth the money Staff and dealers were great

Facility was dirty. Elevators where nasty panel was coming of the wall. Ice machines don’t work. No fridge in the rooms. Advised staff, but they were no help. Will never book here again.
