1. The door of the room is too heavy. I understand the door need to be heavy and tight to a degree for safety (fire) reason. however, this is too beyond the standard. each time , to open the door from outside, i need to use the strength of whole body to push on the door . To open the door from inside is even worse, when I pull the door to open, many times, it was not successful the first 2 or 3 times, i need to gather the strength and pull it open.If the door needs to be so tight and heavy, there should be an accessible button installed so from the inside, it's easy to push button and open it. Actually , with the current situation, if there was a fire, it's hard to know if the door can be opened from inside to escape. this can be a safety concern. 2. The entrance from parking lot to hotel, there is a button for Accessible button. But it stopped working. You will need to open it manually . for people who park at the accessible parking lots, dont know how they can easily get into hotel

The location was fabulous! Parking was easy and the trans link station was right across the street. There was easy access to the mall, many nearby restaurants, and the hotel staff gave excellent directions.
