The only thing i didn't like was I had to check out after 6am as no one is at the desk until then. I was ready to leave at 4:30 but no way to check out but in person at 6am.

Too bad--once likely good, now a fading dump.

The whole place seems like a once good motel that is now a fading dump. From the aging paint worn off wooden toilet seats, to the lack of window or fan switch in the bathroom, to the torn curtains, to the 6 small pillows (for 4 people--we each would have liked two in the room for each person, without having to go to the front desk), to the one single chair for the table, the place simply felt worn out, tired, and dumpy. However, it was clean! The beds were comfortable, although I doubt they are queen beds--the seem like doubles. We've stayed frequently for many years enroute passing through Winnemucca. We chose this place because of the high ratings it got. We don't think it is deserved and won't stay here again unless they seriously remodel and upgrade.

Our only complaint was that our HVAC unit was loud with a rattle associated with the fan. We had to shut it off overnight and let our room get hot. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated.

There was 1 bar of soap for hands and shower. Residents above us very noisy. There were 4 tables in the breakfast area for a full complement of clients. Breakfast selections very limited. There was no lobby area - just a counter.

Stayed here a couple of times on the way to Boise. It's okay for one night, but the rooms are aging. Had issues with the shower in the morning and breakfast was so-so, not a lot of protein options. The positive is that it is non-smoking.

For an older property, this was nicely renovated. My only negative observation was that I wish there was better weatherstripping around the door. I could see sunlight all around the door in the morning when I woke, which means the Air Con/Heater has to work harder to maintain room temps.

Quiet with pleasant/friendly office staff. Able to walk to dining. A bit older facility with some wear and tear. Would stay here again. No pool, would have been nice with the hot weather.
