Good and cleaning staff

Lovely room, warm, clean and comfortable. Welcoming and helpful staff throughout from arriving at reception, service in the bar, restaurant and breakfast area, and the leisure centre and cleaning staff.

Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped. We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much.

Lovely comfortable bed. Super clean and well maintained room. Richard the manager took great care of us all - fantastic customer service. Only negative is the lifts - not enough lifts for such a big hotel.

The staff on duty was pleasant, rooms very neat. The basic things needed was made available. I really enjoyed my stay.
