Doesn’t cater for diabetics

No mini bar for diabetics on 2nd night. Asked reception, who said they couldn’t get any sugar free drinks. So we went to the hotel bar and bought them. They were available but the receptionist was lazy! The check out receptionist confirmed the bar should have given the receptionist the drinks to stock our fridge free of charge.

Hotel Staff Saved the Night After a Terrible Casin

Hotel staff were amazing...room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the Genting casino staff during my visit for my birthday. I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior and I was feeling very distressed by this. However, the hotel staff completely turned my night around. From the moment I approached them to discuss my concerns, they were incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. They listened patiently to my concerns and their genuine concern and helpfulness made me feel valued and respected. I'd especially like to thank Tamsin and Rianna for their exceptional service. The hotel staff's professionalism and compassion were truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance and highly recommend this hotel based on their exceptional service. Thank you again if you see this!

Nice but needs working on.

Stay was nice, the spa was amazing. A few let downs such as the breakfast choices, also the fact that the wait for the lifts were long as the lifts were also used by those visiting the resort and not staying in the hotel, so it meant a longer wait for the lifts and the beds were not as comfortable due to the hotel using twin beds to make a queen so I had to request a mattress topper to ease the comfortability, however overall it was good.

The best thing about this hotel is the location in that you are literally across the road from the BP Arena if that is your purpose for visiting! The parking was easy (we used the multi storey which is only £10 for 24hours if you validate your ticket at hotel reception) It is located within the shopping centre but rooms are up high so no noise or disturbance. Everywhere is very clean and rooms are big and have everything you need (although everywhere looks a bit dated it’s not really a problem if you’re there for a short time as we were.) My biggest gripe would be the variation of room prices on different sites. You can book direct but prices change daily and we saw up to £50 variation for a one night stay, so be savvy if you’ve got time to shop around! Breakfast was good value, although on our stay the hotel was full so it was a bit chaotic at times with queues an replenishing food. All in all we were happy guests and would definitely stay here again if attending a concert at BP arena or visiting NEC.
