Terrible stay

I asked for an additional duvet when we checked in at 5:00pm . I let the receptionist put it in my room and then we went out. We came back at 10:30 but no duvet. I asked for several times and until 12:00 I was given some sheets. We had a terrible sleep without a proper duvet. When we check out in the morning. I phoned the receptionist to ask if I can put my luggage in the storage. They said yes. Then I checked out at the reception, trying to leave the luggage with them . But I was told the storage room is full and they can’t help me with that! I insisted to speak to the manager, who found a room for me to put my luggage finally. The receptionists are not helpful, insufficient and not feel sympathetic. I will never book leonardo hotel again. Although I booked quite a few times around the world.

Staff is inconsiderate and unhelpful, if there is a word more than terrible then that’s how I describe the staff , and very poor service !! It should be the responsibility of hotel to accommodate the luggage to be left for safety when customers/tourists decide to leave them in order to be able to tour the city . But obviously nothing has been done ..very inconvenient.

Not great, try elsewhere…

Hotel quality is mediocre but clean and tidy. Lifts were a nightmare, you wait for ages! The staff in reception were great, the bar staff were awful, so slow we gave up in the end! Breakfast was great, probably the best part. Would not stay here again though.
