Hotel generally a bit ‘tired’ Lots of building work going on and workmen were intrusive, impolite - e.g. jumping into lift we had been waiting for, passing comments. Waiter ignored us when we arrived at Bistro, not even a nod to acknowledge we were waiting. Food mediocre.
