Great! Room was nice, staff was friendly.

We stayed to be close to the airport before leaving on a week long vacation. Were able to pay to leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel for the week and rode a shuttle to the airport. This was the way to go! Walked to the mall the night before our flight.

Excellent hotel. Location was primo! So convenient to shop and walk back to your room! Wonderful, unique experience at the Mall of American and the hotel.

Room was okay. The first room we tried, the carpet was pulling up from every corner, the bathroom light wasnt operational and was broken. Had them move us and it was a step up. Carpet was still badly torn in places, very used furniture, plug ins barely worked. The room was alright. They are remodeling which is great but noisy during the day, the workers left a giant mess throughout the hotel and didnt clean up at the end of the day. Breakfast was alright, hot breakfast was good and fresh fruit was good. Chorizo was super super greasy and not flavorful somehow. Parking is 14 bucks a day which is annoying. For the price it worked, but I wouldn't pay over $100 a night for this place.

I really like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.
