Clean Room. We liked the pool

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed. The self service laundry was very handy. We were able to buy detergent from the onsite convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

If I would have knowing the conditions of this place. Needs completely remodeling. If you have little ones. You won’t want them touching anything. Bathroom disgusting. My 5 and 6 year old said the hallway getting to the room looked creepy and smelled. The doors to get in never work. Had to get them redone every night. Breakfast was bad! Cereal and powder eggs only. Everyone kept talking how great it is the shuttle takes you to Disneyland Park. I would take my chances. Don’t stay here people. I think a hotel 6 is better at this point. Never again.

Great stay for our Disney trip. I will definitely keep this hotel bookmarked for the future
