Elevator Nightmare

We were in Room 301 and all we heard was the elevator all day and all night and for $1300 for two nights, this is a complete rip off. As for Hotels.com, booking through a third party is an absolute joke! No customer service, no easy contact and to make a simple change is ridiculous!

Typical hotel that relies 100% on Disneyland. They don't work very hard please you. It's close to Disneyland so every other amenity takes a back seat. They don't clean your room everyday unless you specifically ask. Its very expensive for the quality of the property and amenities.

I work in hospitality and have very high standards when it comes to service, that being said, my room was perfectly clean and comfortable and every single staff member I encountered during my stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful. My stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. I would certainly recommend staying here.
