Family vacation

Hotel was nice. Hot tub was closed which we didnt know until we went to get in it. Breakfast is over at 9 which stinks when you are on vacation and want to sleep in. But overall it was a great hotel for cost.

This property is a running a hallway/ homeless housing on premises with a free food bank on site. Not safe with your neighbor homeless , dirty and doing drugs and they allow it. The pictures do not match what is given to you. Hair and blood in room and I have pictures to prove it.

There was a power outage that was scheduled, hotel did not provide lanterns and was not preppared for the outage. Power was out from 10pm to 4am. Yes it was night time but difficult to see at all in the hotel room. We had to use our phones to be able to get ready for bed.

Unsafe Experience – Beware of Unauthorized Room Entry I’ve stayed at this hotel before and considered it an okay budget option due to its affordability and close proximity to the theme parks. However, my most recent stay was deeply unsettling and unacceptable. In the middle of the night, I was jolted awake by the sound of my hotel room door opening. Thankfully, I had the top latch secured otherwise, someone would have entered while I was sleeping. When I looked up, I saw a stranger’s face at the door. I immediately called the front desk, who told me that no one should have access to my room. Alarmed, I called 911 and found a security guard nearby. The guard explained that the individual checking rooms was “monitoring their clients,” referring to local homeless individuals their agency helps by getting them rooms at this hotel. This explanation was disturbing, especially since the person had a master key and was able to open my door. When I reported this back to the front desk, they claimed this individual was not affiliated with the hotel yet somehow had key access. The night attendant was dismissive, extremely rude, and refused to offer a refund or help me find a safer accommodation. This hotel already struggles with some basics overall it’s dirty (I like the type of dirty that could be cleaned with a simple washrag), unreliable hot water, and a general need for maintenance but my recent experience raised serious concerns about guest safety.

Ac started to smell burnt in the middle of the night. There were some dirty towels in the bathroom and the pull out chair was uncomfortable. You feel the springs.
