There is construction going on in this hotel and in the middle of the night we heard and felt extremely loud vibration that shook both of our beds and woke us up. Told the front desk about it the first morning and they just shrugged it off oh yeah that’s our water heater or something bringing water up to the second and third floor. We’ve requested to have it fixed. They just haven’t come out yet. And that was the end of it. I feel I should’ve been reimbursed for at least one night state because of this we couldn’t afford to get another hotel reservation and wait to get refunded if we could so we had to stay here.

Overall the hotel are very clean so as the rooms, very close to the shopping center and lots of dining restaurants to choose from. the area are safe and easy parking. The staff are very nice and even those employees thats incharge of breakfast did an awesome job making sure tables are clean and sanitized and also making sure theres food for the guest. Definitely will come back.

Property was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast very good with many choices. I traveled with my dog and had reserved a suite for the six in my party and made sure they were aware of my pet when placing the reservation. When checking in I was told the pet wasn’t allowed in the suite and I would have to be moved to a double room. This was not ideal with 3 adults, 3 children and a pet. The only compensation given was to waive the pet fee even though we were give a smaller room.

Everything was nice. Just two little things. Why do hotels have blinking lights in the hotel rooms right above the bed? ( some sort of alarm/ monitor). It wakes me up.

Poor service.

Another hotel that says pet friendly, and has no information about there being extra pet fees on their website. There was nothing on the Hotels.com description either. The lady at the desk said she would not check me in unless I paid the fee. about pet fees. She threatened to cancel my reservatirefund. The hotel was very nice and clean, but I would never stay there again. She said I should’ve called before making the reservation.
