Breakfast was great. The Fort Bar and Eatery next door was convent for some tasty bison burgers. It was close to the overland trails museum. It was easy to get to the Casper LDS temple. Staff communicated with me regarding a request they were able to honor. Welcome cookies were a treat!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds had to move to a room with 1 bed due to the fact my walker would not fit through the bathroom door. I had to move to a handicap room with 1 double bed. UNACCEPTABLE. then because I had to.move the put an extra 2 charges on my credit card eventhough they processed a refund it put a hold on over 150.00 on my card that I could not spend on my vacation. I still have not received the refund.
