The biggest issue was our first room we killed over 30 beetles on the first daybof our trip before noon. The front desk was not very accommodating at first saying well it is beetle season. The pool area was unusable most of the weekend because they tented it out to childrens parties the entire time we were there. At least 4 different parties.

Room 107 needs service on the room heater. The controller of the heater has nothing to do with actual performance of heating. The sports bar needs more staff. one person cannot take care of a bar and restaurant situation especially when football games are drawing patrons to the only onsite bar and restaurant.

Pool is great. Rooms were clean and nice- do wish they had updated mattresses but we slept ok. All the food and service for conferences was amazing, efficient and such good food.

We enjoyed or stay. The room was quiet and nice, I used the exercise room. Breakfast was hot and varried each day. Fruday night restaurant had all you can eat prime rib and it was delicious. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Bed frames had metal sticking out by 1” both my granddaughters cut the bottoms of their feet on, I hit my chin on it as well. The ac didn’t work in the room, we had a poolside room for a reason and couldn’t use the sliding door due to it was off the hedge. Employees were very rude, unprofessional. Unfortunately I will not be going back there to stay.

We called the property about 9am to request early check in, we would arrive about 11am in town. The Hotel advised us that due to check out being 11am, the earliest we could check in would be 12 noon since we were coming in the vicinity of Buc-ee’s in Colorado we would stop and stretch out legs to continue towards the hotel. We did not arrive the hotel till 3:30ish pm. Upon check in we were advised that the suite we had reserved had “maintenance issues” but the Hotel will give us 2 separate connecting rooms (hmmm you would’ve think you would’ve contacted me, the room was reserved far in advance, not last minute). One of the rooms would be comped for the our inconvenience. The breakfast is available as a hot buffet style with food such as powdered scrambled eggs, seasoned “unseasoned” sautéed potatoes and extra salted pork patties. Biscuits and gravy were available too. The little lady who was the hostess in the breakfast area was bubbly and outgoing, she greeted all who entered for breakfast. The rooms were clean and 2000ish decorated with a lovely parallel view of the AC units on the third floor, what a comp for the suite, right!! At least the room had a frig and microwave. The Staff was extremely pleasant during check in but not as chipper during check out.
