This hotel was ice cold, like shockingly cold. The bathrooms in the rooms don't have heat sources or vents and when I arrived the tile was so cold it hurt my feet so I couldn't shower. I blasted the heat at 80 degrees and the room wasn't even close to warm until 6 hours later, almost midnight. Opening the door gives a blast of cold air from the hallway. I put my hand up to a vent in the hallway and cold air was dumping out of it. I called the front desk to ask if there were rooms that had better heat or heat sources in the bathrooms and was told no, and she hung up before I finished asking questions. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. My husband stayed here a week before I did and when I called him he said oh yeah, the freezing cold hotel, why did you stay there? Oh well.

Everything was good but breakfast was awful. The waffle maker was not working. The other food options were incomplete and not good. No shredded cheese only meat option was vegetarian sausage or turkey sausage. Worst breakfast of our whole trip.
