First room issued to us was a half underground bottom floor, had a broken fridge with bugs inside, room had a horrible odor! Hotel attendant gave us another room with a working fridge but bathroom was disgusting!! Visible soup scum mold and peeling walls with filthy walls where garbage cans were placed. I cannot believe how this hotel had a decent rating. We’ve stayed at MANY Super 8’s by Wyndham before and with cleaner rooms and bath. The price for the place was outrageous for what they offer. Breakfast was awful and only Luke warm choice in the breakfast lineup was rubbery sausage gravy over COLD biscuits. Awful beds and a heating system that shut off and on all night that was super loud as it forced out off and on heat!!! Our attendant was very nice and certainly did her best to accommodate with what she had to work with however I feel I must give honest ratings of terrible to poor.

Staff was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was good. Overall the room was clean with one exception. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star would be that the room key consistently didnt work and we had to exchange keys 2 times and the tub was quite dirty.

We stayed in this hotel one month ago for an event in Casper and our stay was fine. This time it was like a totally different hotel. When we walked into our room it was probably 60⁰ with the A/C on high. This is in Wyoming mid-november. Taking showers was impossible because there was no hot water at all. And our toilet wouldn't flush, so we had to hold it and wait until we got to a coffee shop the next day. When we went down for breakfast and checked out the next morning, the attendant was behind the counter, playing a game on her phone. I saw the game; I am not assuming. Not once during breakfast did she get up and check anything or anyone. From the moment we came down for breakfast to the moment we checked out to the moment we walked out the door, she was sitting behind the desk, playing a game on her phone. If you were not standing directly at the counter, you could not even see anyone was there. We will not be staying here again.

Room was clean and they had a great breakfast and in the evenings they have cheese and crackers and popcorn! Staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
