Older hotel next to the train tracks

Very convenient on and off highway location, but it's dated and right across from the train tracks. I was on the second floor (no elevator) and the shower made noises like it was going to give way to the first floor.

Basic hotel

The check in was quick, room clean. The mattress .seemed to be broken down in one side. Breakfast was cereal, waffle, sweet rolls, fruit, and drinks. I knew it wasn’t the most expensive hotel but it worked for a night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is most definitely not a 5 star motel. But the price was reasonable for Cheyenne Frontier Days. It is clean and the beds were comfy.

We stayed here for the Cheyenne Frontier Days Festival and I believe everyone else here was too. The lady at the reception desk was so friendly. Our room and bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason I’m giving a 4 versus a 5 star is due to an odd faint smell throughout the building- it wasn’t terrible but it was there. I would stay here again! Felt very safe.

We checked in and our attendant was fine. This is an older hotel with no stairs, no irons, no blow dryers. It rained every single day we were there and we had to ask for extra towels. We also asked for our sheets to be changed because the mattress pad came off and the mattress was dirty. At checkout, we were charged for a washcloth she said was stained. I asked her to explain, and she said there was nothing we could do that she found a stain and they were charging us.
