Though dated, it was exceptionally clean. The low cost doesn't come without sacrifice and guests shoukd be aware. No elevator to the 2nd floor, in room coffee or hair dryer. HVAC worked great on both heat and cool. Microwave and fridge (mine seemed to be missing a shelf) were fully functional. TV had at least 100 channels.
