The train noise is terrible. The desk chair was so low it was impossible to work on my computer without using two pillows. The refrigerator was very nice. The Wifi was good. The staff was okay but far from friendly.

Clean and friendly

We always enjoy our stay at Cheyenne Guest Inn! The rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient, and everything is clean and well-kept. But what really makes it stand out is the amazing lady at the front counter—she’s always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Plus, she’s absolutely beautiful, which just adds to the warm energy she brings every time we check in. It’s the kind of service that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

Attending event in Cheyenne - during a break I arrived at hotel at 2PM and asked if I could check in. Was told by a young man (customer service not his strong suit) that no rooms were clean and check-in was 3PM. I told him it was hard to believe that NO rooms were clean and that maids would clean ALL of them between 2 and 3. We ALL know there would have been a room available. I just don't appreciate being jerked around because a guy just doesn't want to check us in at 2.
