Room was far from clean. Sink/shower had plenty of pressure and hot water, but the drains do not drain quick enough, so you end up standing in nasty water, same for sink, by the time you are done washing hands/face, you are dipping your hands in nasty standing water. Very gross on both fronts. Parking felt safe/comfortable. Room was unable to keep a consistent temp. Walked in upon arrival and it was so hot it was unbearable.

Rooms had nice, comfortable beds and well appointed furnishings. Everything was nice and clean. No fifth star because the breakfast was lacking, nothing was in it's proper place and no coffee towards the late morning.This will be a consideration for my next Cheyenne booking.

The rooms are clean but could use a face lift as there is tons of paint missing & the rooms look run-down. I have stayed at this place several times, & each time I have had to get my room key re-programmed several times during the stay. The breakfaat is also very limited & is not the best, unless you like drinking frozen OJ.

the staff was great, especially the manager that checked me in. the hotel itself is atrocious, honestly embarrassing to be open to the public and represent cheyenne in any way. the hallways were musty and reek. the rooms were mediocre and not very clean. the tv didn’t work what so ever. i wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there again.

It is a very dated hotel. Our room had a very strange smell to it. We had to keep the window open to air it out, which then made the near by trains really loud. We made it work, but probably wont stay there again.

The room was so filthywe did not even stay the entire night. we my wife and I got another hotel room down the street. We were not able to use the jacuzzi tub do to the fact when you filled the tub up with water there was a black nasty crude in the water. That hot tub was the main reason for us to get a room at your hotel. Then we discovered that there was blood like matter spot on shower curtain. So to be completely honest I would like a refund for my expenses or a another stay at your facility in a clean and healthy room at your expense. Im a company owner of Allen's Construction llc out of Douglas Wyoming myself and would never treat or expose my clients to what my wife i just were by your hotel accommodations. We travel and stay at many different hotel locations across Wyoming Colorado and Utah region for business. Someone who is reading this email should give me a call 307 554 0160 immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. My son swam in the pool for almost 3 hours. It's nice they have a baby pool section (1 ft deep). I'm sad we didn't get to try the breakfast. But will have to next time we stay!
