Book Chicago Union Station hotels

I actually love the hotel and the location. Staff is always available. However, we stayed on the 20th floor, is an inconvenient to have to go all the way to the lobby level bar to get ice, most of the time we have to wait for the bar server to be available to get it for me because they have customers they serves first at the bar. Fabulous helpful staff. Spacious clean room.

The condition of the halls of the hotel and building in general showed its age, but the room had been updated and was clean. The sink and tub drainage was poor. The room was heated very well especially on a cold day. The front desk lady that checked me in seemed in a foul mood but I am sure with saint pattys day crowd and it being busier than normal can cause that. There was a good security presence which made things feel a bit safer.

Love the amenities. Convenient location close to everything we needed. Beautiful hotel.

The view was amazing! The restaurant downstairs was great! It was very hot in our room even with the windows open and the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable.
