This hotel is actually more of a motel. If you are looking for an option that is better than camping, this place might be okay. The room did not feel very clean, and nothing has been updated in a long time. The host who greeted us was not friendly at all, and two times we came back with questions, and no one was at the main desk. When we left, no one was there again, so we just dropped off the keys. It was nice to open our room door to fresh air rather than a hotel hallway, but the people in the cabin next to us were so close that you had to keep your curtains closed for privacy. The rooms were spacious, which was one asset. The complimentary breakfast was the worst of the 10 hotels where we stayed over a two week trip of driving through the west. The outdoor swimming pool had no water in it. If they ever update the place and put some more effort into it, there is a great deal of potential here.

Breakfast options were terrible. Front desk staff let all food options run out and just buried her head in her phone. Rooms were very nice and it was a cute motif. Service was not great. Hot tub was out of service.

Nice room, comfortable. Beds were of my liking for comfortably. Good location for evening dinner show, distance to buffalo bill event center and Winchester exhibition. It is a fit of a distance to Yellowstone National park.

Queen suite was great. The rooms are clean and quaint with plenty of space. I love the little front porch area and that you park right in front. Pull out bed mattress was horrible unfortunately. My kids were disappointed the hot tub was not up and running. All in all I would recommend it to families passing through

Nice clean individual cabins. Spacious room/cabin. There was a problem at check-in with staff indicating that I had booked one room not two. I had the Expedia documents showing I had booked two rooms. The clerk said that didn't mean anything to him. He was able to provide a second room, but, it was not a King bed room that I had reserved. This is the first time I have had an issue with Expedia and a hotel/motel.

This is our 2nd time staying here, we had a 5 star rating our first time and automatically picked it for this year's stay. We ended up with a room on the inside, which causes you to have to carry your luggage rather than wheel it. We found the pool was not open yet either. The room was lovely, but then came breakfast. We went about 8:15 each day and found nothing left except cereal and white bread. We asked daily if there was juice and sometimes there was a bit left... the girl running the desk was always talking on the phone all the time we were there, and not in english. She didn't seem to care about replenishing. About 9pm she watered plants. And was again on her phone on speaker. Seemed disruptive. We go to cody most years, and i think we will likely choose another hotel.

Great location. Very clean, extrememly well kept and attractive grounds and buildings. Log room was nicely decorated keeping with the theme. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean, very quiet, and parking spot was right in front of door which made it so much easier to carry luggage in and out. I would definitely stay here again!
