Our door cards wouldn't work on second day and had to replace. Free breakfast was outsourced to third party outside of hotel. It was sufficient, but not "tasty" so we passed on it our second day.

Hotel staff was friendly and pleasant. There is no elevator to the second floor on this property and we thought it was odd that there were two separate buildings. That said, the room was clean, spacious and recently renovated. The heat was not working in our room. It wasn't a huge deal for us as it really wasn't that cold outside and we just wanted to run the chill out of the room. Breakfast was the standard fare but in another separate building where you had to show your room key in order to eat. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Loved staying here best part was breakfast. Staff at the buffalo bill saloon for our conti breakfast were so nice. Kept the food stocked. Had eggs, hash browns, and sausage. Just organized. Room was clean. Staff restocked room with towels and etc when requested.

Limited and confusing parking. We were in building 2 which had no elevator and I watched a very elderly lady negotiate the exterior stairs with a great deal of worry. Room and hallway smelled funny. The AC unit sounded like a diesel trying to start and didn’t work properly. Compared to the Comfort Inn we stayed at the day before in Cheyenne, Cody was a definite subpar experience.
