The pool was cold, the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, and the beds were pretty hard. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were big and spacious, the hotel was very clean, and there was a great, fresh, and delicious selection for breakfast. Customer service is superb, with the hotel staff checking in regularly.
